HIC Porcelain 4-Ounce Square Creme Brulee Dish- Set of Six Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The previous poster is wrong. I am a pastry chef. Creme Brulee is best when it is 1 inch thick or less. That gives you a better ratio of crunchy top to silky cream.
You do have to be careful not to drown your brulees getting them in and out of the water bath with these dishes, and I have had some trouble with chipping, but they work perfectly well for creme brulee.

BonJour Cr?me Brulee Set includes Culinary Torch and 4 Oval Ramekins Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This turned out to be a poor product. Cheaply made, it is difficult to ignite and has a very limited capacity for butane storage, which means one is contantly refilling it. It has tiny plastic levers supposedly to prevent accidental ignition, but they just sort of flip back and forth loosely, failing to make a positive lock. This thing is junk.

Chinese Porcelain Soup Spoons, 50 pc #B745 Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought these to serve appetizers like bites of soup and ceviche and they work perfectly. The spoons were really packed into the box, but they were very secure and none were damaged in transit. The shipping was also very fast - they shipped the day I ordered them and arrived in couple of days.
I'd order more if I decided that 50 weren't enough.
