(More customer reviews)Having laid my Russell-Hobbs glass sided toaster to rest, I searched long and hard for a replacement. This is the closest in design, and actually, it functions better than the R-H, which has been discontinued. Toasting is even, and even at lower toasting settings, the toast is "crisp." It looks boxier than it actually is. It is easy to clean and solid, not tinny, like some of the other toasters on the market. It has NO plastic pieces either.
