(More customer reviews)When I received the product, my initial reaction was this thing is more like a $3 cheap object (made in China, of course) and was upset I paid $25 for it. But then I figured it's novel and I'll just give it a try. At first, it did not work well, but I figured the rubber roller will work better after each dispense. But instead, I had to struggle each time and it left black marks on my cards! After using it for about a week, I e-mailed the seller, Gifts n Things, to tell them that I felt the product was not worth $25 and that it did not function properly. They seemed helpful at first and said if I returned it, they'd be happy to refund me. They never said I had to return it in its original package. So I mailed the product back and never heard from Gifts n Things. I patiently waited and waited, and a month passed, and after several e-mails to respond, I learned they responded via Amazon.com--not directly with me via my e-mail as previously done--and informed me that they will not refund me because I didn't have the original packaging! Who keeps all the original packaging after using a product?? Also, a very sneaky way of preventing me from filing a claim as the time to file a claim has now passed. So they now have the worthless product and my money! I basically threw $25 out the window! Save your money and don't do business with Gifts n Things!
