I just filled a shallow container with some soil spread the seeds out on top covered the seeds with a little more soil and watered thoroughly but not enough to make it swampy. and these seeds took off! In just a few days I had 1 inch spoutings everywhere. In a couple more days they were around 4 inches. By the 10th day they were almost fully grown. The cats I grew this for thoroughly enjoy it. Heck I had to numerously protect the sproutings from the cats it was just so enticing to them. Just remember to keep the soil moist and not to let it dry out or the grass will wilt and fall over. But not to worry watering it should bring it back in a day or two.
