(More customer reviews)I ordered a door mat from this company at the beginning of november. After a week or so with no word, I wrote them asking when they would ship out my product. Days later they wrote back stating they would mail it ASAP. Needless to say, a month later I still had no product! I wrote them several times, but they never even replied! They took my money but would not send me the product! I had to file a claim with amazon to get my money back. Buyers beware!!!
