On the occasion someone will reccomend the more expensive alternative zertec. Well the days of being limited in choices is over. The Chlorpheniramine tablet is cheap just like benadryl and makes you slightly less tired like claritin. The main benefit is that it only lasts 4-6 hours. This is why it dosent make one as drowsy. This is also good for people that dont like taking pills because they wont have to worry about it being in their system long. This is also good because one can choose if they want to take another later or if they no longer need them that day due to a change in location or weather or what not.
