(More customer reviews)I ordered something from this company in December 2006 and when I didn't receive it right away, I understood that it was Christmas season and kept the information aside. In July I have yet to receive it. When I questioned them about it, they sent me this generic response:
Dear Customer,
I got surprised with your email, because we sent you the order , and also surprised because you didn`t inform about it on time.
I cannot help you by now. I am sorry.

I have lost only 13 dollars, but more, I have lost respect for a company that can't do anything more than an automated response.
