They're big, and they seem sturdy enough to hold a lot of stocking-stuffers over (hopefully) many years. The embroidery is beautiful! And extra touches like colorful hanging loops adds a lot. We're very pleased.
Communication is a problem. We wanted personalized embroidery, but Amazon's system doesn't seem to be set up to allow for easy vendor-customer communication. It took us a while to get through. I was able to communicate with them through Amazon's encrypted email system at this email address:

I doubt the vendor would want such trouble either. This email was ONLY a way for me to say; "I just placed order number blah-blah on Amazon and this is what I would like the stockings to say." But it's critical we say that or, of course, we can't get the personalized embroidering done.
Please don't leave me comments complaining about this. I don't even know if the email will work and I'm only trying to help.
Anyway, these are very nice stockings and customer service was great (once I reached them). I hope they sort out a better way for customization communication. This seems to be a gap in the system.
