(More customer reviews)I cannot even rate this item.. when I first ordered this item.. they never told the buyers what size the letters were.. believe me they are very small.. after complaints they finally put the size in mm..on their description.
I ordered an 18" size for my future daughter in law For Christmas..cost 1.00 more, they sent me a 16".. wrote them, they said we will send a new one.. they sent a new one.. it was also 16".. on a regular ruler.. from end to end.. now I have two.. finally I called them, they said they would send another one and for me to sent the other two back, with their Self Addressed Envelope.. When I received the third necklace.. it also was 16".. I sent the other two back in their self addressed envelope..
They just wrote an email to me, stating they will charge me an additional $10.00 for mailing and also said, that one necklace was damaged.. These necklaces were NEVER used. I was just trying to get my Daugher in Law a Christmas gift and the right size..which was 18"
I am very dissatisfied with this company as they have false advertising.. and keep saying that the item is the right one.. I will contact the Better Business Bureau.. and they have NO RIGHT.. to take money out of my bank account.. for these extra charges.. I will never shop this company again..
