(More customer reviews)My husband purchased this bag for me as a birthday gift while I was pregnant and I was very excited about it. I cloth diaper so I thought this bag would be perfect because it was larger than the average diaper bag and it had so many organizational elements to it. However, upon receiving this bag I was upset to see the poor quality with which it had been made. The seams were all over the place and the bag just didn't have a great feel. I decided to keep the bag because my daughter was due any day and I thought that seams are just a visual thing and the bag should still work fine. Well now the seams on the inside of the upper portion of the bag are coming completely undone and it just looks awful as well as no longer working great. I am incredibly upset at the quality of this bag, especially for the cost. My husband is from China and even someone from a third world country can see how horrible the quality is.
Also, the company return policy is crap. Not only do you have to pay to ship it back to them but you only have 15 days for a refund and 30 days for an exchange. And all of that is only if you buy if from them or from a trade show they attended.
I would not recommend this bag to anyone.
