(More customer reviews)The letter was much smaller than expected when it arrived. It would have been nice to see it in a room before purchasing. Also, the ribbons were cut to small and were uneven. One was stampled to the the top of the h and the other to the arch of the h instead of both to the top of the h as shown. Not exactly what I was envisioning, but not worth sending it back.
